Returns and right of withdrawal:

It is possible to return an item within 14 days after receipt. If more than 14 days pass from the time you received the item until we receive notice from you, we can, as a rule, not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product you received must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it in. As a consumer, you have the right to try the item as if it were in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond what is possible to try in a physical store, a specific assessment of the item is made, whether it, as used, can be sold to another consumer and at what value. In addition, the product must be in its original packaging.
To refund your purchase, the receipt or proof of purchase must be included and there must have been email correspondence with the company clearly stating that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
If a change to another size is desired, this is noted in the email correspondence and we send the requested size without shipping costs for you as the buyer.

For refunds, the same payment method used to purchase/order the product is used. Refunds are made only for the product price as well as the cheapest shipping option offered on our website. A difference in shipping costs will therefore be deducted from the amount refunded.
There are situations where a refund of the purchase amount is not possible:
Any product that is not received in its original condition, is damaged, or has defects that are not due to our error/defects.
If the product has not been shipped within 14 days after your request to withdraw from the purchase.
If the item has been used beyond what is necessary/expected to determine the size, we reserve the right, after a correct and detailed assessment in the given case, to reduce the refund or let the refund lapse entirely depending on the item's market value.

Wrabbit ApS is not responsible for any customs duties or other charges that may be imposed on an item purchased and shipped from Wrabbit ApS. This customs duty or charge must be paid by the customer/recipient.

There is no free shipping for sending replacement items for international orders. If you need another size, it must be reordered through the website. Shipping costs for the exchanged item are deducted from the amount and are not refunded.
Missing refunds

You must pay your own shipping costs if you wish to return your item.
It is recommended that returns be sent with tracking via the shipping carrier, as we are not liable for any loss or damage during shipping and therefore for any missing return item. Depending on where you live, shipping and return times may vary.
The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Complaints:
We only replace the product if it is damaged or defective upon receipt. In that case, contact the company as soon as possible.
The consumer has a 24-month complaint right. This means that you may either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product, other damaging behaviour, or wear and tear. Rabbits can chew through almost any material and destroy the socks. Some rabbits are more curious and tear things apart quickly. This can also happen to Wrabbit socks. It is the customer's responsibility to keep an eye on whether the rabbit destroys the product. Wrabbit ApS is not responsible for damage caused by chewing or other destructive behaviour by the rabbit.
A complaint must be made within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered a defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be justified.
The item must always be returned in proper packaging. We recommend that you obtain a proof of delivery at the post office and pay for parcel tracking. As the sender, you are responsible for the item until it is in our hands.
The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the complaint.
