Size guide

Find your rabbit's right size.

Just to be completely sure that the measurements are taken correctly, we need to ensure that you measure the circumference very closely with a sewing tape measure or equivalent, based on the drawing.

The sizes vary in circumference:

Socks with Velcro

Small: A: 3-5 cmØ, B: 8 cmØ

Medium: A: 5-7 cmØ, B: 9 cmØ

Large: A: 6-9 cmØ, B: 10 cmØ

Socks with button lock

Small: A: approx. 4 cmØ, B: 8 cmØ

Medium: A: approx. 6 cmØ, B: 9 cmØ

Large: A: approx. 6 and 8 cmØ, B: 10 cmØ

There are 2 sets of extra buttons included for each pair.

The buttons are sewn on, which means they can also be removed and sewn on again to fit your rabbit's specific measurements. This is the option for the rabbit that has a lot of fur or easily opens the Velcro on the original socks. However, we recommend having a seamstress attach the button using a special tailoring method so it holds better, in case the button does not fit according to your rabbit's specific measurements. The sock is made according to the same measurements, so it should be checked for size in relation to the ankle and button placement.

The most important measurement is A, as the sock should fit relatively well there, whereas it can be slightly loose at measurement B.

A: measured just before the angle (ankle) down towards the foot, but max 1.5 cm above (that is on the lower leg and not the foot).

B: measured just before the pads/toes, however the measurement around the pads may be important in relation to whether the paw can pass through the sock's opening.

As all our products are hand-sewn, there may be variations in appearance as well as minor size differences, which are without practical significance.
