Complaint:

We only replace the product if it is damaged or defective. Then contact the company as soon as possible.

The consumer is entitled to a 24-month complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, other damaging behavior or wear and tear.

Complaints must be made within a"reasonable time"after you have discovered a defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be justified.

The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. We recommend that you receive a receipt for delivery at the post office and payment is made for tracking the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the item until it is in our hands.

The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of the complaint.

If you have not received a refund from us, please fulfill the following before contacting the company:

Check your bank account again.

Check with your bank as there may be business hours.

We may withhold a refund until we have received the item back and found its condition.

When refunding, the same form of payment is used as when buying/ordering the product. Refunds are made exclusively on the price of the product as well as the cheapest shipping option offered on our website. A difference on shipping costs will therefore be deducted from the amount reimbursed.
