Log statistics 

Log statistics is used on www.wrabb-it.com and means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from, which part of the website they leave from, etc.

On www.wrabb-it.com log statistics are used for the purpose of optimising the website and its functionality.

Furthermore, the information in the log statistics is linked to the customers and users who visit the website, provided that the user provides their name, address and other information in connection with a purchase on the website, or the creation of a user profile.
Log statistics are also used to personalise marketing to the user in order to create greater user-friendliness.

Personal data

To enter into an agreement with us via the website, you must register with the following personal information (when using us/we, this refers to the company Wrabbit ApS):

The personal data is registered with Wrabbit ApS and stored by Shopify. Data as well as information about what you have purchased are stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. Section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which the information is deleted.

We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this always takes place by means of your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly which information is collected and why.

All personal registered information is encrypted and stored with Shopify.

Registered personal data is transmitted in encrypted form.

The information is not disclosed to third parties unless this occurs in connection with restructurings or a total or partial sale of the company. In such a situation, disclosure will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any given time.

No sensitive personal data is registered.

As a registered user with Wrabbit ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration

COOKIE AND PRIVACY POLICY AT WRABBIT APS

Wrabbit ApS processes your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Danish Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when that purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
We have taken technical and organisational measures against your information being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, impaired or becoming known to unauthorised persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the legislation.

Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the advertisements that will be most relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to be able to deliver the services you have requested, such as receiving newsletters. In addition, we use the information to optimise and improve our services and content.

Retention period
WRabbit ApS stores information for the period permitted under the legislation, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary or relevant. The period depends on the nature of the information and the basis for storage. It is therefore not possible to provide a general time frame for when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and possibly click on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. are disclosed to third parties to the extent that the information is known and if we use third parties. You can see which third parties are involved in the section on Cookies above. The information is used for targeted advertising.

We also use a number of third parties for storing and processing data. These process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal data such as name and email, etc. will only take place if you give your consent to it yourself. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

Access and complaints
You have the right to be informed which personal data we process about you in a standard format (data portability). You may also at any time object to the use of the information. You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of information about you. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
