You can order your goods/products online and pay with most card types including Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and more.

Return and cancellation policy:

Return items are sent to our company address. Contact us for more information.

It is possible to return an item within 14 days after receipt. If more than 14 days pass from when you received the item until we receive notice from you, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

For the product you have received to be eligible for return, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. As a consumer, you have the right to try the item as if it were in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond what is possible to try in a physical store, a specific assessment of the item will be made, about whether it can be sold to another consumer and at what value. The product must also be in its original packaging.

For a refund of your purchase, a receipt or proof of purchase must be included, and there must have been email correspondence with the company clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

 

The product must be returned to the address where the company is located.

The same payment method used for the purchase/order of the product will be applied for the refund. Refunds are made solely on the product price and the cheapest shipping option offered on our website. Any difference in shipping costs will therefore be deducted from the amount refunded.

 

There are situations where a refund of the purchase amount is not possible:

Any product that is not received in its original condition, is damaged, or has defects that are not due to our fault/deficiencies.

If the product has not been shipped within 14 days after your request to cancel the purchase.

If the item has been used beyond what is necessary/expected to determine the size, we reserve the right, after a proper and detailed assessment in the given case, to reduce the refund or let the refund be completely forfeited depending on the commercial value of the item. 

Sales to countries outside Denmark:

Wrabbit ApS is not responsible for any customs duties or other charges that may be imposed on an item purchased and shipped from Wrabbit ApS. This customs duty or tax must be paid by the customer/recipient.

There is no free shipping for sending exchange items for international orders. If you need a different size, it must be ordered again through the website.

 

Missing refunds

If you have not received a refund from us, please complete the following before contacting the company:

Check your bank account again.

Check with your bank, as there may be processing time.

We only replace the product if it is not damaged or defective. In such cases, the company should be contacted as soon as possible.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back and assessed its condition. Once the item is received, it may take up to 10 business days to complete the return process, as it needs to be checked for damage. This is because we cannot resell a product to another customer if it has been damaged by your pet. Additionally, processing the return with the bank may also take 1-2 business days.

You must pay for your own shipping costs if you wish to return your item.

It is recommended that returns be sent with tracking through a shipping company, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping and thus the absence of a return item. Depending on the place of residence, the duration of shipping and return may vary.

The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you have informed us of your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

 

Complaint:

We only replace the product if it is damaged or defective. In that case, the company should be contacted as soon as possible.

 

The consumer has the right to a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, other damaging behavior, or wear and tear. Rabbits can chew on almost any material and destroy the socks. Some rabbits are more curious and quickly chew things to pieces. This can also happen to Wrabbit socks. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the rabbit does not damage the product. Wrabbit ApS is not responsible for damage caused by chewing or other destructive behavior from the rabbit.

You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered a defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be justified.

The item must always be returned in secure packaging. We recommend that you obtain a delivery receipt at the post office and pay for package tracking. As the sender, you are responsible for the item until it is in our hands.

Delivery of goods from www.wrabb-it.com answers for sketch, when the consumer has received the item. The shipment of goods is carried out with the carrier you choose when making the purchase.

 

Delivery terms

The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from Wrabbit ApS website.

The terms apply in the event that no other written agreements have been made between you as the buyer and www.wrabb-it.com.

Documentation and instructions:
If product descriptions and user manuals for the item are available, they will be included with the delivery from www.wrabb-it.com if they cannot be found on our website.

The risk for goods purchased from www.wrabb-it.com passes to you as the consumer at the time of delivery. Complaints and any defects or deficiencies upon delivery from www.wrabb-it.com, must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to specify and demonstrate how the error or defect manifests. If you discover an error, you must promptly contact www.wrabb-it.com.

 

 

The fine print / disclaimer

Although Wrabbit socks are made with the best and most gentle materials, the rabbit should be supervised, especially at the start of treatment, to assess how your rabbit accepts the new treatment item. The vast majority of rabbits accept Wrabbit socks, as long as they are put on correctly.
Wrabbit socks must not be ingested by the rabbit, as large amounts or threads can cause problems in the stomach/intestines. If an accident should occur, a veterinarian must be contacted immediately. It is the buyer's own responsibility to ensure that the rabbit does not ingest Wrabbit socks.
Wrabbit ApS is not liable for compensation in case of self-inflicted damage to Wrabbit socks. Furthermore, Wrabbit ApS is not responsible for damage to Wrabbit socks caused by the owner or the rabbit - it is therefore at the buyer's own risk if damage occurs to Wrabbit socks.
In addition, Wrabbit socks must not be fastened too tightly or used for too long a period, as wear of the fur and injuries to the lower leg should be avoided. For optimal treatment and guidance on size, it is therefore recommended to contact your own veterinarian and have a treatment plan for improving wear/paw sores.
