You can order your goods/products online and pay with most card types including Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and more.
All prices on www.wrabb-it.com include VAT; however, countries outside the EU may be subject to other rules. The amount will be charged from the cardholder's account no earlier than when the item is dispatched.
Returns and right of withdrawal:
Return items should be sent to our company address. Contact us for further information.
It is possible to return an item within 14 days after receipt. If more than 14 days pass from when you received the item until we receive notice from you, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product you received must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. As a consumer you have the right to try the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond what is possible to test in a physical store, a specific assessment of the item will be made, whether it can be resold to another consumer as used and at what value. The product must also be in its original packaging.
To refund your purchase, the receipt or proof of purchase must be included and there must have been an email correspondence with the company clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned to the address where the company is located.

When refunding, the same payment method used for purchase/order of the product will be used. Refunds cover only the product price and the cheapest shipping option offered on our website. Any difference in shipping costs will therefore be deducted from the refunded amount.
There are situations where refunding the purchase amount is not possible:
Any product not received in its original condition, that is damaged, or where defects are not due to our error/shortcomings.
If the product is not dispatched within 14 days after your notice of withdrawal of purchase.
If the item has been used beyond what is necessary/expected to determine size, we reserve the right, after a correct and detailed assessment in the given case, to reduce the refund or to let the refund be completely forfeited depending on the item's commercial value.
Sales to countries outside Denmark:
Wrabbit ApS is not responsible for any customs duties or other charges that may be imposed on an item purchased and shipped from Wrabbit ApS. These customs duties or charges must be borne by the customer/recipient.

There is no free shipping for sending exchange items for international orders. If you need a different size, it must be ordered again via the website.
Missing refunds
If you have not received a refund from us, please complete the following before contacting the company:
Check your bank account again.
Check with your bank, as processing time may occur.
If all of the above has been checked, please contact us at info@wrabb-it.com.
We only replace the product if it is not damaged or defective. In that case contact the company as soon as possible.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back and verified its condition. Once the item is received, it can take up to 10 business days for it to go through the return process, as it must be inspected for damage. This is because we cannot resell a product to another consumer if it has damage caused by your pet. Additionally, handling returned items at the bank can also take 1-2 business days.

You must pay your own shipping costs if you wish to return your item.
It is recommended that returns are sent with tracking via a carrier, as we are not liable for any loss or damage during shipment and thus the absence of a return item. Depending on residence, shipping and return times may vary.
The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Complaints:
We only replace the product if it is damaged or defective. In that case contact the company as soon as possible.
The consumer is entitled to a 24-month complaint period. This means you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint must be justified and the defect must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, other damaging behavior, or wear and tear. Rabbits can chew almost any material and destroy the socks. Some rabbits are more curious and will chew things apart quickly. This can also occur with Wrabbit socks. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the rabbit does not destroy the product. Wrabbit ApS is not responsible for damage caused by chewing or other destructive behavior by the rabbit.
Complaints must be made within a “reasonable time” after you discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be justified.
The item must always be returned in proper packaging. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery from the post office and pay for parcel tracking. As the sender you are responsible for the item until it is in our hands.

Delivery of goods from www.wrabb-it.com is considered completed when the consumer has received the item. Shipment of goods is carried out with the carrier you choose when making the purchase.

The risk for goods purchased from www.wrabb-it.com passes to you as the consumer at the time of delivery. Complaints and any errors or defects in delivery from www.wrabb-it.commust be invoked within a reasonable time after you discovered the error.
