Delivery of goods from www.wrabb-it.com is deemed to have occurred when the consumer has received the goods in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions. Thereafter, responsibility for the parcel is deemed to lie with the recipient.

The goods will be shipped with the carrier you choose when making the purchase, and in doing so you, as the recipient, also accept the carrier’s terms and conditions, delivery terms, etc.


Delivery terms

The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from the Wrabbit ApS website.

The terms apply in cases where no other written agreements have been entered into between you as the buyer and www.wrabb-it.com.

Documentation and guide:
If product descriptions and user manuals for the item are available, these will be included with the delivery from www.wrabb-it.com if they cannot be found on our website.

The risk for goods purchased from www.wrabb-it.com passes to you as the consumer at the time of delivery. Complaints and any errors or defects upon delivery from www.wrabb-it.com, must be invoked within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. It is your duty to specify and demonstrate how the defect or deficiency manifests itself. If you discover a defect, you must promptly contact www.wrabb-it.com.

Sales to countries outside Denmark:

Wrabbit ApS is not responsible for any customs duties or other charges that may be imposed on an item purchased and shipped from Wrabbit ApS. This customs duty or fee must be borne by the customer/recipient and paid upon receipt of the item.

UK after Brixet:

Goods ordered from a retailer in a foreign country are only exempt from customs duty if they are worth £135 or less. These limits also apply to gifts.

When buying more than one pair of socks, the package must only contain one pair of socks. Otherwise the UK authorities will charge the importer (UK customer) VAT and import fees. So the package must only contain goods with a value of maximum GBP 135. Should a UK customer wish to purchase several pairs of socks, they must be placed as separate orders. The added shipping costs will still be less than the added import fees and VAT than would otherwise be applied. This is unfortunately a consequence of Brexit)

  • If your company sell low value goods to private recipients in the UK, you must apply for a VAT account and a EU seller UK VAT number from the British tax authority. The number must always be stated on the invoice and in the electronic customs data as VAT on goods under a value of 135 £ must be paid by the sender. In this way, the recipient saves the customs fee.
  • The value of the shipment cannot exceed £135 excl. VAT, freight, and insurance.
  • The recipient will not be charged further in the UK.
